How to Prepare
Place them in a large container, cover with water soak preferably for 8 hours. Add the drained kidney beans to the pressure cooker with salt and enough water to cover. Stir fry the veggies separately, cook the beans till done in high heat and lower the heat and let them simmer. Finish the dish in a pan adding the vegetables and spices according to your taste.
