Brussel Sprouts are a must on your table if you are celebrating this season. These mini cabbages can be cooked in a multitude of different ways, roasted, salted, sauteed or as miniature shavings. The crunch in the texture can be maintained while cooking it with bacon, shallots or simply sauteing them with pepper and green chillies.
Quick Tip – The easiest way to make them is to pre heat the oven, place the sprouts in a vessel with olive oil sea salt, black pepper. Roast them for about half an hour taking care to turn them so that they are evenly coated. They should be brown or almost black before they are done.
Cooking tip – make sure that the sprouts are uniform in size while cooking.
